Returns / Warranty Policy
 

If something Golinx has provided is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown on our GOLINX website, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 365 days of initial delivery and with proof of purchase.
 

The proof of purchase can be a copy of the order number or details of the payment made online.
 

If you don't have that, get in touch to us at returns@golinx.com and we'll do our best to track it down.

 

Returns Process

 

  1. Email the team at retuns@golinx.com for a returned items authorisation number. This will be your reference number for the future.
     
  2. Send all items for return to our warehouse :

  3. Include the details of the reason for return and the proof of purchase inside the shipment with the returned items authorisation number from step 1.
     
  4. Email the GOLINX team at returns@golinx.com and advise of the expected date of arrival of returned goods. Please include the reference number from Step 1 in this email.
     

Once the returned goods are received, we will process the refund and notify you via email.

Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Warranty Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

All faulty items will be refunded the return shipping cost 100%.

Golinx is very serious about customer satisfaction , and we will ensure that any genuine problems with any product that we supply will be remedied as fast as possible. 

 

Delivery Policy
 

After ordering your GOLINX products, you will receive an email confirmation from GOLINX containing your order details if payment has been successful.

We will attempt to send your goods via the Australia Post network within 2  working days. 

Standard delivery to an Australia address ( including PO Box ) is usually within 2 - 10 Days.

Expedited delivery to an Australia address (including PO Box ) is usually within 2 - 4 Days.

If goods are out of stock we will advise this by email within 24 hours of receieving your order.
